I got my first deep cleaning at 30 years old after years of neglect and avoidance. Whoops! Michelle was positive and enthusiastic, and made every step as pleasant as it could have possibly been — I’m even excited to come back. I recently visited the Pleasant hill smiles dental group. Dr. Maryam Alubaidi informed me I needed a crown. Miriam and Jacob at the front desk patiently explained how the process works. Alex in billing listened to my questions about cost and how insurance works in this scenario in detail, which helped a lot. The appointment was made which I got in right away. The procedure went very well thanks to Dr. Maryam and her assistant who took me step by step as to what to expect which was great. This was my First “crown in a day” which I experienced and it went well. I am Looking forward to seeing my hygienist Ashley, who always does a good job in cleaning my teeth.
